Terms of Sale
Effective date: July 11, 2026. By placing an order on cordcuttersupply.com you agree to these terms.
What we sell
Hardware only. CordCutter Supply sells streaming media hardware. We do not sell, provide, preload, configure, or support IPTV subscriptions, channel packages, playlists, apps, or any streaming content or services, and none are included with any purchase. You are solely responsible for the apps and services you choose to use on your device and for complying with applicable laws.
Ordering and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details. The checkout total, including any applicable sales tax, is authoritative. Orders ship only after payment clears. We currently ship to United States addresses only.
Pricing and availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping
Orders ship after payment settles. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery of the package to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returns must include everything that shipped with the product: the original box, manual, remote, cables, and all other accessories and packaging. Items returned without the original box or manual are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
