1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cordcuttersupply.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.

2. What we sell — hardware only

CordCutter Supply sells streaming media hardware only. We do not sell, provide, preload, configure, or support IPTV subscriptions, channel packages, playlists, apps, or any streaming content or services, and none are included with any purchase. Any references to apps or services in product descriptions describe the device's general capabilities only.

3. Lawful use

You are solely responsible for the apps, services, and content you choose to access on any device we sell, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any services you subscribe to. We do not endorse or facilitate the use of any device to infringe copyrights or access unauthorized content.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. An order confirmation or payment receipt does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount paid.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced or listed inaccurately; if an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will cancel and fully refund the order or contact you for instructions before shipping.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. The checkout total, including any applicable taxes, is the amount charged. Orders ship only after payment clears.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Orders ship after payment settles, with tracking provided. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive after being marked delivered, contact us within 7 days at support@cordcuttersupply.com and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at your expense.

8. Returns and refunds

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service — items lost in return transit are your responsibility.

Opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must include everything that shipped with the product: the original box, manual, remote, cables, and all other accessories and packaging. Items returned without the original box or manual are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. Items that are damaged, modified, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email support@cordcuttersupply.com with your name and order receipt number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days.

9. Product descriptions

We work to describe products accurately, but specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change; images may differ slightly from the item shipped (for example, packaging revisions). If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under Section 8.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where offered, and we will reasonably assist you in accessing it. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and all products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you; you may have additional rights that vary by state.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CordCutter Supply and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or cost of substitute goods — arising from your use of the Site or any product, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CordCutter Supply from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or any product, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the CordCutter Supply name, logo, text, and design — are our property and protected by law; you may not copy or use them without permission. All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks (including Formuler®) are the property of their respective owners; their use on this Site is for identification only and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by them.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@cordcuttersupply.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally — most issues are fixed faster this way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CordCutter Supply regarding the Site and your purchases. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
