What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your product and quantity you ordered. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details are collected by Stripe on its secure checkout page — we receive everything except your payment details, which never touch our systems.
How we use it
- To process your order and payment through Stripe.
- To ship your order and contact you about it.
- To notify ourselves that an order was placed or paid.
We do not sell or rent your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below. This site uses no third-party analytics or tracking.
Service providers
- Stripe — checkout and payment processing (Stripe privacy policy).
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Pushover — delivers order notifications to us (order summary and shipping details only).
Retention
Order and customer records are retained in our payment and bookkeeping systems as required for tax purposes. Website request logs are kept for up to 30 days for troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@cordcuttersupply.com and we'll take care of it, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
